We Put The “Labor” In Labor Day

For the past several years, our church has taken advantage of the Labor Day holiday (and coincidental glorious weather) to get together for games, fellowship, and food.  This year with the upcoming completion of our new church building, however, we decided to turn the moniker of this national holiday into action.  From morning until around dinner time, about 30 of us gathered to work on what will be the main portion of the front lawn.

New England is known for its ready and bountiful supply of stones, and our future lawn was no exception. The work was strenuous, dusty, and surprisingly enjoyable.  Time spent with those you love, even in hard labor, is sweet.

SCHEDULE CHANGE:
The 12/6/23 Midweek service will be a 5pm memorial service for Odelia Ritzcovan.
